Do you really feel like you’re living? Can you allow your breath to vitalise your body and be turned on by the magic and mundane in life?
Freeing up the way your life force moves through you affects everything; how you relate to yourself, how you communicate and connect with others, and life itself, how meaningful and authentic your life feels, how free you feel in your expression, how creatively open you are and how nourished you are by your own vitality.
There are so many ways that we can stifle our erotic nature…
draining ourselves by the ways we put ourselves down, emotionally/physically/sexually etc
suppressing/avoiding our emotions or get swept away and overwhelmed by them
contorting our self-expression and lifestyle to try to be loved/accepted
limiting our erotic expression and fulfilment by forgetting that the erotic is in literally every single moment, not just sex
hiding or ignoring your creative pursuits and passions
which shows up as a lack of lust for life, all sorts of sexual dysfunctions, depression, the list goes on…
It all starts with the connection to yourself.
Through my one-to-one coaching online and in-person in London, UK, I support people in reconnecting with themselves, their body, and finding the loving, erotic, creative ooze inside of you.
Through my writing and speaking receive thought-provoking transmissions to help you learn about yourself through my personal process.
Through my in-person events in London come be nourished by a group field and allow yourselves to be seen in raw and human ways.
I support people who feel disconnected from their bodies, overwhelmed by self-doubt, or stuck in patterns of self-neglect to reconnect with themselves in a deeper, more embodied way.
My work focuses on helping you slow down, feel safe in your body, and rebuild trust in your own sensations, desires, and boundaries. Through gentle, body-based practices, guided self-touch, breathwork, and reflective inquiry, we explore where tension, fear, and disconnection are held and how to experience internal change without force or pressure.
Many of the people I work with struggle with pleasure, intimacy, creativity, or self-expression. Often they have spent years prioritising others, performing for the world, or living mostly in their heads. Together, we create space for curiosity, softness, and honesty, so that pleasure, confidence, and clarity can arise naturally.
My work focuses on cultivating agency, presence, and self-compassion, so you can feel more at home in your body, more aligned with your values, and more able to live, create, and relate from a place that truly feels like you.
